Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

Items must be returned in the original packaging or equivalent protective packaging.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following:

Final sale items or promotional giveaway products

Gift cards

Items damaged by improper care or use
How to Start a Return

Email us at support@storebarnard.org with your order number and the reason for return.

We’ll provide you with return instructions and the return address.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If your refund is delayed or missing, please first check your bank or credit card provider. If the issue persists, feel free to contact us.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, please initiate a return and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos if possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.
